Easy Green Organic in 2011


For my vegan readers, I have to say, this cookbook is probably not for you.
However, there are a good amount of vegetarian and vegan recipes in the book, it’s by no means
a veggie cookbook. It’s a cookbook for those who are looking
to eat healthier, greener and more organic and for those dabbling
in these fields in the new year, it’s a nice book
for beginners.
Anna does a great job of explaining organic, eco shopping and cooking,
simple home gardening, etc, while also offering up
recipes that include all of her eco tips.
Some of the super helpful chapters include:

  • Why green, why organic
  • Greening your kitchen

And my personal favorite:

  • Organic wines!So if you’re looking for a cookbook that will help you fulfill your green goals and you’re just starting out in the healthier food
    arena, Easy Green Organic is a great addition to any kitchen and is also
    a nice gift idea (ps, I’ve veganized a good amount of these recipes and they are quite good!)
